MEAL TIMES
  • Everyone is to be present in the refectory at meal times.
  • Table etiquettes are to be adhered to.
  • Discussions are encouraged but not noise making.
  • Entry into the kitchen is prohibited
  • Students are to come to the refectory with their complete set of cutlery
  • Trading of one’s food is prohibited.
  • No student is to eat with his bare hands
CLASSROOM DISCIPLINE
  • Students are not to be seen outside their classrooms during class hours
  • Noise making in the classroom is an offence.
  • Indecent acts like games in the classroom, writing on the walls etc are forbidden
  • Wrong disposal of waste is prohibited in the classroom
  • Decency in speech and appearance as well as discipline is highly encouraged
  • Sub-standard English and vernacular are not allowed
HOSTEL RULES
  • No student should be seen loitering or doing anything before the rising bell
  • Noise making before morning and after night prayer is prohibited
  • No student should be seen in the hostel during classes, prep or any other odd time
  • Indecent acts like stealing, fighting are prohibited and could lead to expulsion.
  • Food items must not be carried into the hostels
  • ashing of clothes or drying of wet ones should not be done in the hostels
  • Silence is to be maintained during siesta and after lights out in the hostels
INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIP AND RESPECT
  • Students must not, for any reason, insult and assault or fight their teachers and lawful superior. Failure to comply with this rule will lead to EXPULSION
  • Respect and obedience to teachers and lawful superiors are necessities.
  • Students must cultivate mutual relationship, teamwork and love among themselves. Extreme introvertedness is not encouraged.
  • Private guardians of students are not allowed in our College unless those appointed by the Principal/Vice Principal for serious reasons. Parents or staff who contravenes this shall be given appropriate sanctions which may involve loss of job/expulsion of students involved
HOOLIGANISM, CULTISM AND FIGHTING
  • Students must not be found with dangerous implements. Appropriate tools will be used only on labour days. • Jumping through the windows or fences is not allowed

  • Theft, hooliganism and cultism must not be found among students. Students caught will be dismissed.
  • Fighting is not allowed. Any case of quarrelling, bullying or mischief must be reported to the school authorities immediately and shall lead to suspension or expulsion
  • Immoral text, literatures or pictures must not be found in the school with students.
HOOLIGANISM, CULTISM AND FIGHTING
  • Immoral acts in all manners, shapes and forms including sexual abuse will be met by outright expulsion irrespective of the time/period the crime is committed
  • Anyone who fails to report any of these immoral acts committed against him after three hours from the time the crime was carried out will he himself be expelled.
  • Conniving with another or supporting another in any manner, shape and form in committing any of the above mentioned crimes or others not mentioned here will be punished severely and could lead to suspension or expulsion
PREPARE AT HOME BEFORE RETURNING TO COLLEGE
==>Parents and guardians are advised to help their boys prepare before they leave home to College.
==>Make sure all their books, College wears, and all their needs approved by College are brought along with them to the College.
==> Parents and guardians will not be allowed to come into Immaculate Conception College (ICC) to bring things forgotten or left behind by their boys.
==>The frequency with which parents and guardians come in bringing forgotten items is disturbing the College.
VISITING DAYS
==>The second Sunday of every month is the approved visiting day.
Students should not take their visitors to the hostel or classrooms.
==>Snacks, cooked foods, fruits, drinks are not allowed into the school and no student should be seen with them. It is punishable by EXPULSION.
==>Only the Principal/Vice Principal can grant any visit outside the approved day.
EXAMINATIONS
Examination malpractice and all forms of impersonation are highly forbidden. Anybody caught will face the appropriate measure – EXPULSION
